Brooke
Hogan, the daughter of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea), recently
opened up about their emotional final phone call prior to his death on July 24,
2025. Though their relationship had been strained in recent years, Brooke
emphasized that it had never truly broken.
During that
last conversation, she expressed her love and concern, encouraging her father
to take it easy. In response, he acknowledged her words by saying, “I guess you
have to live your life and I have to live mine.” It was a tender moment that
brought peace to Brooke, who later reflected, “I am grateful knowing I told him
‘I love you’ in our final exchange.”
Brooke chose
not to attend his funeral, explaining that her father disliked the somber
nature of such events. Instead, she honored him privately by visiting the beach
with her husband and their children, gently laying them in waters he loved and
writing, “Daddy, we honored you in the simplest way that agreed with my soul.”
Though she
removed herself from his will, Brooke made it clear it was her own
decision—intended to avoid inheritance disputes and preserve family harmony.
